You are covered under a 30 day warranty on defective items through our company. After that point all warranties are through the factory if a warranty applies. Warranties do not apply to improper use, neglect, abuse, or acts of god (lightning, power surge, fire, flood, etc.). On all returns the customer is responsible for return shipping back to us. We will cover the shipping back to the customer for exchanges. On all returns that are not for exchanges there will be a 20% restocking fee and you will not be reimbursed for shipping charges.
All satellite receivers are covered under the manufacturer warranty only. We do not accept these receivers back for return. If you are needing any repairs, your warranty is through the manufacterer only. It is the responsibility of the customer to handle returns with the factory. All of our receivers are purchased from authorized dealers and distributors meaning that all of are receivers are fully covered under factory warranty.
Order Payment, Acceptance, and Confirmation:
Payments are to be made by check or money order via mail or through our PayPal Checkout using paypal or credit card. The address to send payments is listed below. Your receipt of any electronic or verbal order confirmation does not conclude our acceptance of your order, nor does it represent confirmation of our offer to sell. DirectDishSatellite.goshopper.net reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, after the receipt of your pending order.
Termination of Use:
Direct Dish Satellite may, at its own sole discretion, terminate your account and/or your use of our website at anytime. You are personally liable for any orders that you place, charges that you incur, and incurred legal liabilities prior to account termination. Direct Dish Satellite reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the our website at any time without any prior notice.
